Over the years, FacTech has provided Phoenix Contact with various services to enhance their mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to state-of-the-art technologies that have an unprecedent impact on energy demands and cost effectiveness.

Today, Phoenix Contact's North America Headquarters is utilizing the most advanced systems including a one megawatt Combined Cooling, Heating, and Power (CCHP) Microturbine Tri-Generation system and an EP1 Chiller system which supports up to 500,000 sq. ft. of space. A one megawatt solar array system is currently in the process of completion as well.
