Job Overview
FacTech is currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Construction Owner's Representative to join our professional team. This individual must possess expertise and experience in building design, planning, procurement and construction methods and trades.

 

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the construction industry.

• Facilitate with owner from pre-construction to close out of project.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and offer tailored solutions.

• Assist owner in maximizing their investment and avoid unnecessary expenses and delays.

 

Requirements

• Proven experience in Construction Owner's Representation. 5+ years.

• Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology, documentation, reviewing schedules, regulation awareness, industry standard awareness, project workflow and costing.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with board members and executives.

• Excellent writing skills in documentation of project progress.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• A valid driver's license and vehicle is required for travel to client sites and events. 95% of projects located in Pennsylvania.
