PROJECT INFO

Phoenix Contact’s vision of an expanded Logistics Center at their North America headquarters in Middletown, PA was realized with a 103,000 sq. ft. two-story addition and a $21 million total investment. The Logistics Center utilizes an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) for Phoenix Contact’s products.

FacTech administered numerous services including on and off-site project management and project close-out, commissioning, and owner's representation. This was just one of many Phoenix Contact projects where we worked directly with company executives to facilitate all project aspects.

The facility is complete with information technology offices, conferences rooms, lounges, lab & testing areas and loading docks. The project is also scheduled for USGBC LEED certification.
