FacTech was contracted to commission the 166,000 sq. ft. newly constructed elementary center with the latest technologies in MEP/FP systems that were integrated into the building.

System designs included a centralized water to water heat pump HVAC system and an electrical design with daylight harvesting controls which our team reported and documented on throughout the project. The elementary center was concluded with LEED Gold certification in which the district incorporated to attain their high standards for the project.
