Kennedy Early Childhood Center

The Greater Nanticoke Area School District's vision of a revamped and modernized elementary school was realized with the implementation of the new Kennedy Early Childhood Center. Renovations to the old elementary school plus a 26,000 sq. ft. addition was designed to ensure the best possible environment for children to learn and develop.
Our team spent countless hours on the project site providing detailed site inspections and field reports to the A/E and construction teams to facilitate the owner's wants and needs while ensuring all regulations and codes met the necessary standards. Upon completion, the project was accredited with a LEED Silver certification.
The project added an additional 21 classrooms, a principal’s office, a nurse’s suite, a conference room, a handicap accessible entrance, a cafeteria, and a large group instruction room.
