FacTech's team was an integral component in the realization of JLRL Associates' new headquarters in Mechanicsburg, PA. The new facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art geothermal system and energy efficient LED lighting among numerous other advanced technologies utilized.

Our team was responsible for overseeing the scope of the project and ensuring all goals were satisfactory by meeting various codes and standards set by the client. We worked alongside the A/E team throughout each phase to meet our high standards for lowering energy demands, reducing contractor call backs, and prolonging the equipment's life-cycle, furthermore saving the client additional costs in the future.​
