PROJECT INFO

After months of careful and strategic planning, coordination, and analysis with the project team and owner, F&M Trust’s new corporate headquarters in Chambersburg, PA was finalized. Via the architects at Noelker and Hull and the construction team Brechbill and Helman, our team performed commissioning and owner's representation services to an old, vacant industrial building that turned into 70,000 sq. ft. of office space for F&M Trust. 

Although relocating from downtown Chambersburg, the renovation solidifies all of the operations on a single floor layout, giving F&M Trust a downtown presence on an 11-acre parcel that will be highly visible to travelers on Interstate 81. The facility accommodates roughly 145 employees with additional space to house more employees as the bank expands.
