The Fahrney Keedy Senior Living Community expansion project was realized upon investigation by our team of all the MEP systems incorporated into the newly renovated Bowman Memory Care Center facility, which specializes in senior memory care for persons with Alzheimer’s and other memory impairments.  

 

In conjunction with the A/E team, our team planned, documented, scheduled, tested, and verified that all MEP systems, including a highly advanced geothermal system, were certified according to code and the owners request, while working extensively throughout each phase of the project.

The project exceeded all standards which in return saved the client long-term costs while providing the community with the latest technologies in the industry.
