Phase one of a multi-phase expansion project at Cedarbrook Senior Care and Rehabilitation has officially commenced on the Allentown, PA campus. Led by the architects at Noelker & Hull, the expansion will consist of a 145,000 sq. ft., 240-bed, four-story, L-shaped addition that will introduce numerous technological MEP advancements and a modernized senior living experience. Our role in this project is to provide commissioning expertise and construction related services to ensure a healthier and safer environment for the residents on campus.
