Located on 13.625 acres, the new campus brings together administrative, operational, and storage functions to streamline daily workflows and accommodate long-term growth.​ The new BREC headquarters also reflects a strategic investment in energy-efficient infrastructure including a highly advanced geothermal system and modernized LED lighting system.
