Commissioning expertise was provided by FacTech to ensure the realization of the 100,000 sq. ft. renovation project. 

​

With an emphasis on attaining USGBC LEED certification, our team successfully established a project that was met with high quality energy saving systems which led to a healthy and clean educational environment for both the students and staff.

The end result featured a 15,000 sq. ft. addition on top of the 85,000 sq. ft. in renovations, all the while decreasing costs by 25% upon completion of construction.
