For the first time since the school's inauguration in 1996, the Bedford Area School District (BASD) decided it was time for an upgrade to the HVAC and electrical systems throughout the building. BASD’s proposal for a renovation to the MEP systems was realized with state-of-the-art, complex yet cost effective, energy efficient solutions.

Our team of professionals was contracted by the district administrators to utilize our commissioning expertise as well as provide owners representation services for the project. The end result was a newly renovated educational environment that both students and staff can enjoy.
