FacTech Contracted To Represent Bedford Area School District During Renovation Project
Upon approval from the Bedford Area School District (BASD), the renovation project at the Bedford Area Elementary School will proceed as planned with a complete restructure of the MEP systems. Our team's focal point of interest is to represent the BASD during each phase of the project by providing total project management, plan development, construction management, project close-out, commissioning, and a
multitude of other services to ensure the district's initiative is carried out to fruition from all parties involved. This extensive project affects over 115,000 sq. ft. of space and will enhance the school’s educational environment and development by replacing the aging infrastructure with alternative and clean energy solutions.
